Specialized Awareness & Training Seminars

1. Get to Know Neurodiversity

This seminar is addressed to all company employees and aims to foster a culture of neurodiversity inclusion through practices that reduce bias and establish a framework of mutual understanding and cooperation among all stakeholders (Management, directors, rest of the workforce) to identify:
•    The characteristics that help recognize and identify a neurodivergent profile, leading to better support and the implementation of more inclusive practices while avoiding stigmatization.
•    The causes of differences, as well as actions that can reduce tension, misunderstandings, and discomfort, thereby promoting collaboration and adaptation in the work environment.

2. Organizing the Recruitment of a Neurodivergent Team Member

This seminar is primarily aimed at recruiters and HR professionals. It aims to promote a fairer, more inclusive selection and hiring process by highlighting improvements that can be made at every stage to reduce bias and ensure equal opportunity through:
•    Tailoring job advertisements appropriately to encourage applicants with diverse profiles to apply.
•    Optimizing skill assessment methods, taking into account the communication styles of neurodivergent individuals.
•    Incorporating practices that consider the unique needs of neurodivergent candidates, leading to sustainable hiring decisions that lower the likelihood of poor placement fits or early turnover.

Job Coaching / Action Guide for Successful Selection & Onboarding

Organizing the selection, hiring, and onboarding process for a neurodivergent team member.
This support program aims to design and organize a new, more "open" recruitment and onboarding framework. It offers alternative approaches to traditional hiring practices, adapting them to the new workplace standards established by integrating neurodiversity into the organization.
The program provides a comprehensive roadmap of actions, advocating for collaboration among all company members involved in attracting, evaluating, and hiring neurodivergent candidates. It also offers the necessary guidance and support for both the candidate and their immediate colleagues to ensure smooth initial onboarding and successful, long-term integration.
